New Knife Picture

I took my new We Knives Bishop to the studio for a quick picture in between shoots. It’s a great knife, one I’ve had my eye on for a while and it photographs beautifully. It is a titanium sub-frame lock knife with carbon fibre scales and backspacer and M390 particle steel. The bronze anodized bolster really sets off the look.

Bodyscape Images with Piper (NSFW)

I did some bodyscape images with Piper last week, the images turned out great. Thanks to my assistant Jessica for helping during the shoot.

Fitness Photoshoot in the Rain

I brought out my rain machine again, but this time for fitness work. I had six fitness people come in during the day, they were all different fitness levels and we got some great images. Special thanks to my assisants for the day Reid and Tim, they shoveled a lot of water. Also thanks to Samantha Lynn Makeup who did 5 of the six women on the day. It was a really fun day, the water was cold, but the models were brave.

Photoshoot with Powerlifter April

Shooting with my friend April to show off her powerlifting. She’s only been at it a year and made tremendous gains. We shot at her gym Skywolf Fitness with her trainer Stefan. The idea was to show off the power and muscle and not to make it look pretty.

Boxing Shoot with Actor

Actor David Tomlinson came to me with a concept to shoot in the boxing gym. We got his hands wrapped professionally by Greg Yeoman and did some fighter vs fighter work with Matt Toth. Makeup and special effects were provided by Ninozka Panelli.

Fighter Portraits

I had some fighters drop by the studio recently. Gord just won the MFL light heavyweight belt, Liam just won the MFL bantamweight belt and Isaih is fighting next month. It’s always great to have fighters drop by and swap stories.
