Fitness Photos Shoot with Carol
Carol competed at the Barrie OPA show in July and wanted to get some fitness pictures done to commemorate the moment. We went to Showtyme Fitness to do the photos. Ian was a great host as always. We shot a variety of exercises, poses and lighting setup at the gym and then hit the nearby Thames River for a few outdoor pictures. Carol was in great shape and finished 3rd in her class and qualifies for the Provincials. It was a lot of fun and very high energy. She trains hard and it showed in the pictures.
