Trainer Derick Mitchell came into the studio for some fitness photos and to show off his crazy athleticism. He had an incredible combination of strength, flexibility and motion. We got some really dynamic shots and plan on more shoots in the future. Derick is a super high energy guy who worked hard in the high heat. Here's a quick look at a couple night of pictures.

Trainer Derick doing a superman push up. I left the shutter open for 2 seconds and triggered the flash twice to get the double exposure and motion blur.
