This last weekend I did my first live MMA show in three years with Prospect Fighting Championships. It was great to be back and to see all of the familiar faces. The event was in support of Showdow in the Downtown a chairty event which has raised millions of dollars for a variety of causes. Here’s a few selects from the event.

BJJ Shoot with Chris Lee Byrne at Munda Jiu Jitsu

I had an opportunity to shoot with pro MMA fighter Chris Lee Byrne at Munda Jiu Jitsu last night. Chris recently got his brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and will be fighting next week on the Global Warriors 3 card in Brantford. It was a very cool night.
