Photoshoot with Flynn Fitness

I recent did a photoshoot with Andrew Flynn of Flynn Fitness. We did the photoshoot at Flexplex Canada, which is an awesome gym and very welcoming. Andrew had been holding peak competition shape for the 3rd week by the time we shot. It takes an incredible amount for focus and discipline to hold that for a couple of days, 3 weeks is insane. Obviously he came in, in great shape. Andrew is an extremely personable guy to work with and we got photos we're both proud of. Check out his Instagram account for the latest updates.

A Few More Images from my Fitness Shoot with Eden

A few more images from my summer fitness shoot with Eden. These pictures were just delivered to her plaque mounted at 16x20. They look fantastic. I really encourage my clients to print their pictures. There's a real emotional impact seeing a large print. We shot the images at FlexPlex Canada. At the bottom is a behind the scenes video of on of the images.

Fitness Shoot with Eden at FlexPlex

I had a great shoot Saturday morning. Women's fitness with Eden at FlexPlex. She was great and hit all of her exercises perfectly. She trains under Brian Fletcher at Adrenaline Training Centre. We purposely kept the weight lighter than what she's used to for training so we could hit the poses and hold them longer. The pictures and video turned out great. Here's a few teaser images and a behind the scenes video.

I wanted to show the iron dedication the model has for working out and fitness so we needed an intense image.

Shooting with Ontario Muscle

I got to shoot with Ontario Muscle today at FlexPlex in London, ON. The occasion was a shoot with an inspirational athlete Braydon Hofman. He's been working out for the last 4 years strengthening his body and mind. Now at 16 you can really see the work paying off. Thanks to Ontario Muscle for having me out. The staff at Flexplex were awesome hosts as always.
